Perfect location and great amenities

We had a lovely experience at this hotel, located just steps away from the beach and close to great dining options. The complimentary beach chairs, towels, and bicycles were fantastic perks that enhanced our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great base for our Montauk adventure. One area for improvement would be to extend the pool hours for guests wanting a late-night swim.

The spot had a relaxed vibe, perfect for a family trip. The location was ideal, just a stroll away from the ocean, making everything accessible.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom was quite cramped, and a later pool closing time would be great for families.

I enjoyed the stunning views at Kirk Park Beach just a few steps away and indulged in the amazing breakfast options at Anthony's Pancake & Waffle House, which was less than a 5-minute walk from where I stayed.

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, an outdoor pool. They helped me with local info on my first visit. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

Recommend it for a group getaway

We got this standard queen room which was neat, clean, and cozy, and the beach across the street was a real plus. They even offered free bike rentals, which was awesome, we zipped around town like it was no big deal.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, it was alright.

We had such a nice time chillin' here. The room was spotless, and those wood floors were a win! Free bikes were also awesome for cruising around. The beach is just a quick walk away, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for snacks. Only thing was the fridge took a bit to cool down, but no biggie!
